Clear vision safety

Our Story

Clear Vision Safety is a sole trader enterprise in the United Kingdom (UK).
We are registered in Nigeria as Clear Vision Safety, Health and Environment Limited.  A private company limited by shares (1609876).

At the start, Clear Vision Safety was designed to provide Health and Safety (H&S) pre-qualification information support, advice and guidance to micro and small businesses

Whether a small company, medium sized, large or even a school, Clear Vision Safety understands that contractors and providers who deliver expert services have limited time. Therefore, may not have the competencies, resources, ability to maintain and monitor sets of Health and Safety risk management paperwork.
We help to remove the burden of H&S bureaucracy.
This is by providing you with some and not limited to the following:

– Affordable on-going HSE consultancy and training services

Risk Managements

– Reviewing your health and safety paperwork including risk assessments, to help determine that they meet expected minimum H&S standards.

Contractor Management

– Provide help with contractor selection and vetting processes, including ongoing review of contractor paperwork

– Helping you to meet legislative requirements.

– Providing pre-qualification application help such as SSIP schemes which includes Achilles, CHAS, Safe Contractor, SMAS and Construction Line.

HSE Compliance

– Evidencing HSE competency to clients and secure presence on client’s approved contractor list.

Dayo Adenowo is the founder and sole proprietor of Clear Vision Safety and was inspired by the plight of micro and small businessess in the UK who found it a challenge to evidence their Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) credentials as part of their H&S pre-qualification process.  This was when he worked for CHAS, one of the leading Health and Safety Pre-qualification assessment schemes in the UK.

Later as a micro sole trader enterprise, Clear Vision Safety provided Health and Safety (H&S) pre-qualification information support, advice and guidance to micro and small businesses.

As Dayo continued to expand his credentials, he successfully completed a post-graduate MSc in Safety, Health and Environment with the University of Greenwich achieving Grad IOSH status in 2016.

Since then, his knowledge and experiences in health and safety have vastly expanded.  He has worked as a Safety Schemes In Procurement (SSIP) pre-qualification assessor for Acclaims which is owned by Construction Line, who along with CHAS and Achilles operate the common assessment standard and are members of the SSIP scheme.

During 2018 and 2019, Dayo completed several other qualifications including IOSH Legionella risk management, NEBOSH Construction certificate, Occupational H&S ISO 45001 internal auditor, IOSH Understanding CDM 2015, NEBOSH HSE Incident investigation, IOSH train the trainer and a London Business School (LBS) Enterpreneurial Edge certificate.

Dayo has also worked as a H&S consultant for the Real Estate and Infrastructure business of Capita Plc in its public services division, and as a H&S officer at the London Borough of Barnet.

In 2019, as Clear Vision Safety’s proprietor diversity of knowledge and competency in HSE widened,   Clear Vision Safety morphed into a company by achieving incorporated status in Nigeria.  This development emerged as HSE became more established in the country.

Dayo Adenowo is a certified member of the National Industrial Safety Council of Nigeria (NISCN) with Clear Vision Safety, Health and Environment Limited a certified training consultancy of NISCN.

he is also a member of  IRCA, the world recognised professional body for management systems auditors.
